These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "you") and 55mbw ("55mbw", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://55mbw.vip. Providing false information during registration or KYC, including misrepresentation of age, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 55mbw accepts members from the Philippines only. Non-Philippine residents may be restricted from accessing certain services.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 55mbw platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. 55mbw reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and retain any associated balances.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55mbw Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 55mbw shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

3.3 KYC verification requires submission of:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (UMID, SSS ID, Passport, Driver's License, PhilSys ID);
• Proof of address dated within the past 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence);

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 All financial transactions on the 55mbw platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion fees are applied to deposits or withdrawals made in PHP.

4.2 Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Methods and associated limits are subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to your account tier and current KYC verification status.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) business hours for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya under standard conditions. Processing times may be extended where:

• Additional verification documentation is required;
• The withdrawal triggers an anti-fraud or anti-money laundering review;
• Bank processing delays occur beyond 55mbw's control;
• The account has active bonus wagering requirements that have not been met.

4.5 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the verified 55mbw account holder. Third-party payment transfers are not permitted.

4.6 55mbw reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC compliance obligations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by 55mbw are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") published at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted;
• Welcome bonuses apply to new members only and are limited to one per household, IP address, and payment method;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting game selection loopholes, creating duplicate accounts, or coordinating play with other members to complete wagering, is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension;

5.2 Free bets and bonus credits have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the winnings from qualifying play meeting wagering requirements are withdrawable.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

6.1 All bets placed on the 55mbw platform are final once confirmed. 55mbw will not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where a game error or technical fault directly caused an incorrect outcome, as determined solely by 55mbw.

6.2 In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, bets already placed and accepted prior to disconnection remain valid. 55mbw shall not be responsible for losses incurred due to user-side connectivity issues.

6.3 For sports betting: odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. 55mbw's sportsbook reserves the right to void bets on any event where it determines that the outcome was subject to irregular activity, match-fixing, or data integrity issues.

6.4 55mbw reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits and maximum win limits at its sole discretion, including on a per-member basis based on risk assessment.

6.5 In the event of a manifest error (including but not limited to: incorrect odds displayed, game malfunction, or software errors resulting in an unintended outcome), 55mbw reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake to the member's 55mbw account balance.

7. Prohibited Activities

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55mbw platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering or attempting to use the platform while under 21 years of age;
• Opening, maintaining, or using multiple accounts (duplicate accounts);
• Using software, bots, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 55mbw platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including using stolen, cloned, or unauthorized payment methods;
• Money laundering or using the 55mbw platform to conceal the proceeds of illegal activity;
• Providing false identification, age documentation, or any other fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Colluding with other players in poker, table games, or any other game format where collective action provides an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other technique specifically designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine recreational play intent.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 55mbw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where 55mbw suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory non-compliance.

8.2 Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, including fraud or AML violations, any balance in the account may be forfeited in its entirety and reported to relevant regulatory authorities.

8.3 Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to member fault (e.g., 55mbw ceasing to offer services in a jurisdiction), 55mbw will provide reasonable notice and facilitate withdrawal of available verified funds.

8.4 You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 55mbw support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests will be honored prior to closure.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 55mbw platform — including but not limited to the 55mbw brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 55mbw or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 55mbw platform solely for personal, recreational use in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

9.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 55mbw content without prior written authorization from 55mbw.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55mbw shall not be liable for:

10.2 55mbw's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to 55mbw in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 55mbw's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

12.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these Terms or your use of the 55mbw platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties for a period of thirty (30) days following written notice of the dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.

12.3 For gaming-related regulatory disputes, PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures may apply where 55mbw operates under PAGCOR oversight.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.2 Your continued use of the 55mbw platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.
